RecruitGo prepares the locally compliant employment contract in Spanish.

Employee submits required documents (DNI, CUIT/CUIL, Bank Info).

Monthly Payroll & Compliance Cycle

Integra submits any variable pay (bonuses, overtime) via the **RecruitGo Web Application**.

RecruitGo issues the single monthly invoice to Integra (Payment Terms: Net 7).

RecruitGo calculates net pay, withholdings, and files all statutory declarations (Declaración Jurada) with AFIP.

RecruitGo pays the employee's net salary, remits all taxes, and provides a full payroll report to Integra.

Mandatory Employment Conditions
- Probation Period:90 days (3 months)
- Annual Leave:14 calendar days (for < 5 years service)
- Sick Leave:3 months paid leave per year (doubled to 6 if employee has dependents)
- Maternity Leave:90 calendar days (paid via Social Security)
- Paternity Leave:2 consecutive paid days
- Marriage Leave:10 consecutive days
- Notice Period (by Employer):1 month (0-5 years service) or 2 months (>5 years)
- Severance (w/o cause):1 month's highest regular salary per year of service
Mandatory Statutory Benefits

- Health Insurance (Obras Sociales): Access to mandatory basic healthcare.
- Pension Fund (SIPA): Enrollment in the national retirement system.
- Labour Risk Insurance (ART): Coverage for work-related injuries.

- Private Health Insurance (Prepaga): We can administer enrollment in supplemental private health plans, which are a highly valued benefit in Argentina.
Handling Payroll Administration & Adjustments
- Allowances:Handled as non-salary compensation where legally permissible or grossed up as taxable income.
- Bonuses:Treated as taxable compensation and subject to all social security contributions. Included in SAC calculation.
- Overtime:Processed at 50% (weekdays) or 100% (weekends/holidays) premium, as submitted monthly by Integra.
- Statutory Adjustments:We automatically monitor and apply all changes to minimum wage, tax brackets, and contribution caps.

Financial & Billing Terms
- Billing Cycle:Monthly. Invoice issued on the 15th for the current month.
- Payment Terms:Net 7 days. Payment must be received within 7 calendar days.
- Invoice Contents:Yes, all employer taxes and contributions are included in the $3,000 TME portion of the invoice.
- Currency:The $3,000 TME is a USD nominal anchor. Payroll is calculated and paid in ARS based on the official exchange rate, ensuring compliance.
